1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • The item is not a final sale, clearance, or customized product
  • The return is requested through email to [email protected] with proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or discounted items marked as “non-returnable”
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original tags or protective packaging
  • Intimate apparel or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions
  3. Carefully pack the item(s) in original packaging and ship to the return address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued as store credit

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or card account
  • Contact your credit card company or bank for delays in processing
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at [email protected]

8. International Returns

We accept international returns, but return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
