1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- The item is not a final sale, clearance, or customized product
- The return is requested through email to [email protected] with proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Final sale or discounted items marked as “non-returnable”
- Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration
- Items without original tags or protective packaging
- Intimate apparel or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions
- Carefully pack the item(s) in original packaging and ship to the return address provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
- If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued as store credit
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or card account
- Contact your credit card company or bank for delays in processing
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at [email protected]
8. International Returns
We accept international returns, but return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
